Wayland Museum Wraps Up Four-Day Tracing Liberty Visit

Sunday, July 26 — The Wayland Museum & Historical Society wrapped up its four-day "Tracing Liberty: Slave Dwelling Project" visit, a free public program connecting Wayland's history to the experiences of enslaved people, which began Thursday, July 23.

Sunday, July 26, 9 a.m. — The museum held the latest installment of its monthly "Walk, Wonder, and Discover!" series, a Tracing Liberty program exploring Wayland's landscape and history, at Alpine Field and Castle Hill Trail, 16 Alpine Road.

Sunday, July 26 — The Vokes Players' community-theater production of Joe DiPietro's "Over the River and Through the Woods," directed by David Berti, continued its run at Vokes Theatre on Boston Post Road, where the show plays through August 8.

Monday, July 27, 7:30 p.m. — Arts Wayland hosts "The Songwriter's Woodshed" at its gallery on Andrew Avenue, the next stop in its ongoing music and performance series.
