Tyngsborough ZBA continues a cease-and-desist appeal at 401 Dunstable Road, giving the applicant 30 days to negotiate with the building commissioner. One board member said photographs in the application file, described as showing the bottom-left image on page 2 of Miss Brush's photographs, were "certainly cause for concern" and looked like a construction yard. The board also unanimously reelected Chair Douglas Latulippe and Member Nikki Caplis as Vice Chair.
