Sudbury Youth Soccer sets first-ever Youth Soccer Night at Boston Legacy FC and opens fall registration for its youngest players.

YOUTH LEAGUES -- Sudbury Youth Soccer Association (SYSA) is hosting its first-ever Youth Soccer Night at Boston Legacy FC on Monday, Aug. 31. The organization noted the date falls before the start of school on Sept. 2, calling it "not a school night." If the group sells 100 tickets, 16 BAYS and Academy players will be invited to sit on the bench with the professional players during warmups. SYSA's Fall 2026 registration is open for Pre-K through 2nd grade, with an Aug. 1 deadline to sign up. The registration deadline for grades 3-8 has already passed (May 25), and the organization said players registering after that date will be placed only "if space allows."

The club also highlighted its Sudbury Academy Girls United and Gunners squads as tournament champions, though no further details on the competition were provided.

Separately, SYSA promoted a program run by "local soccer friends" in Concord: Next Play Soccer School's High School Prep camp for girls entering grades 8-12, held Mondays and Wednesdays in June and July from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Nashoba Brooks School. The eight-week, 15-session program focuses on small-sided games, ball skills, fitness and ACL injury prevention to help players prepare for high school tryouts.
