NATICK — July 16, 2026 — Natick Conservation Commission issued permits for four residential projects and continued two larger developments to August 6 at its sole July meeting. The commission voted unanimous negative three determinations for Ambler Court repaving, a sunroom addition at 27 Emerson Street, a deck at 24 Riverbend Drive, and an addition and garage at 7 Upland Terrace, each with conditions for erosion control and, in the Upland Terrace case, Aquifer Protection District compliance and clarifying language about a disputed stream classification. A certificate of compliance was issued for 292 Elliott Street.
