Melrose youth sports groups are opening registration windows for the fall and winter seasons.

MELROSE — Local youth sports organizations are signaling the start of their next seasons, according to their websites.

YOUTH LEAGUES — Melrose Travel Basketball's website displays a banner reading "Registration is open for MTB 2026-2027 winter season," directing families to sign up for the upcoming basketball season.

The Melrose Youth Sports Association, which runs the town's baseball and softball programs, is registering players for its "Baseball and Softball 2026 Fall Season," with separate registration links posted for fall baseball, fall softball and a fall coach application.
