Lexington Little League capped its season by crowning champions in five divisions, while town recreation gears up for a pool swim meet make-up date and youth soccer opens fall registration.

LEXINGTON -- Lexington's Recreation & Community Programs Department said summer program registration remains open, covering aquatics, parks and playgrounds, and clinics. A department news flash also announced a Town Pool home swim meet make-up date of Aug. 5.

YOUTH LEAGUES -- Lexington Little League announced champions in five divisions this season: the Padres won the 2026 Majors Championship, the Reds won the 2026 Majors Championship, the Cubs won the 2026 Softball Seniors Championship, the River Cats won the 2026 AAA Championship, and the Mud Hens won the 2026 AA Baseball Championship. The league's posted schedule shows Lexington travel teams continuing play into early August, including 12U Lexington hosting Arlington Red on Aug. 3, 10U Lexington White traveling to Belmont White on Aug. 4, and 10U Lexington Blue traveling to Bedford on Aug. 4.

Lexington United Soccer Club opened registration for its Fall 2026 season, including K-2 Soccer Saturdays, the 3rd/4th-8th Grade Travel Club, and K-5th Grade Friday Clinics.
