FRAMINGHAM — The Community Preservation Committee approved $15,000 in administrative funds for a Guild Road conservation restriction. Voting unanimously, members backed the Trustees of Reservations holding the restriction on the 11-acre parcel at 103 Guild Road. Sarkis Sarkisian, director of Planning and Community Development, said the purchase must close by June 30 or the city loses a $215,000 state grant.
The committee puts $250,000 toward the purchase. Members also voted unanimously to spend $1,500 on an appraisal of the 1741 house at 613 Pleasant Street, despite concerns that no formal project had been filed. Resident Lisa Black said the house is "just rotting in front of us."
