Wayland capital committee readies fiscal 2028 intake and eyes dormant-balance cleanup. Member Elizabeth Lusky walked members through Finance Director Brian Keveny's preliminary Munis report of 181 open capital lines through June 30, 2026, flagging roughly 80 projects with less than 10 percent movement since the November 18, 2025 baseline used in last year's disclosure.

Members discussed a five-dollar threshold to exclude near-zero balances and agreed to recommend that town staff close out inactive lines.
