Vokes Players Opens 2026-27 Season Subscription Sales Saturday

Monday, Aug. 10 — Arts Wayland's application window for vendors at Wayland Fest 2026 closed Monday, the deadline for craft and art vendors hoping to set up at the October 3 event at Wayland Town Center.

Saturday, Aug. 15 — Vokes Players opens subscription sales for its 2026-27 season, giving Wayland theatergoers early access to the full slate of shows at the community theater on Route 20. Details are posted on the group's website.

Thursday, Aug. 17 — Arts Wayland hosts Macho Mocha, a coffee and connection meetup for men, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at its Andrew Avenue gallery.

Tuesday, Aug. 24 — Arts Wayland's Songwriter's Woodshed convenes at 7:30 p.m., an open session where local musicians share and workshop original songs.

Wednesday, Aug. 26 — Submissions close at 11:59 p.m. for Arts Wayland's members-only September-October art exhibit at the gallery.

Thursday, Sept. 3 — Applications are due for Arts Wayland's 2026 Winter Art Fair, a vendor show set for December 5 at Wayland High School's Commons.

Thursday, Sept. 3 — Arts Wayland's Art Circle meets from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the gallery for members to share works in progress.
