Town Hall Walkway Construction Prompts Temporary Entrance Change

STOW — Visitors to Stow Town Hall are being directed to a temporary lower-level entrance while walkway construction continues outside the building, the town said this week, as the Board of Health also set a date for its next vaccine clinic.

Town Hall has begun walkway construction at its main entrance, and the town is asking residents and visitors to use the lower-level entrance until the work is finished, according to a notice posted to the town's website.

The Board of Health announced it will hold a vaccine clinic on Saturday, October 24, from 10 a.m. to noon at Pompo. The town also flagged an update on its 2026 Roadway Improvement Project, noting paving work on Apple Blossom Lane and Treaty Elm Lane. Separately, the town published its September 2026 Municipal Message newsletter, the town's recurring roundup of department updates.

COMING UP

The Board of Assessors meets Monday, September 21. The Select Board holds an executive session followed by its regular meeting on Tuesday, September 22, the same day the Planning Board is scheduled to meet.
