TEWKSBURY — Tewksbury is gearing up for the Nov. 3 state election, posting early voting hours and a guide to this fall's ballot questions on the town website this weekend. The push comes as advocacy groups statewide rallied around Question 9, the closely watched gun-law referendum, according to Patch.
