Belmont recorded 18 property transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only seven carried a sale price so far, ranging from $1,199,000 to $2,450,000 with a median of $1,450,000. The month's top transaction was 156 Common St., which sold for $2,450,000 on Sept. 30.
