Sudbury Housing Trust approves $1,500 perc test for 77 Hudson Road affordable home. The trust voted unanimously Thursday to fund a summer percolation test at the town-owned parcel after Planning Director Adam revised the concept plan to rotate the house and move the septic system out of the wetland buffer, at the conservation coordinator's request. The board also approved a $4,000 lottery services contract with LexHab for two Lexington units plus a ready-renter list, and ratified its 2025 annual report.

Regional Housing Services Office Director Liz Rust announced Sudbury will join Bedford, Concord, Lexington, Natick and Wayland in a pooled HUD HOME rental assistance program launching in July; Sudbury's own allocation runs between $7,500 and $9,000. Trust member Janie Dretler, a select board member, said a proposed town meeting article would spend $20,000 on visioning for the 44-acre Liberty Ledge property Sudbury bought for $11 million in 2019. The housing round table is targeting June 4 for its first meeting.
