Sudbury Housing Authority approves FY27 budget and $69,647 director salary
Housing Authority · Meeting of March 10, 2026
Sudbury Housing Authority approves FY27 budget, sets director pay at $69,647. The board on March 10 unanimously approved the fiscal 2027 operating budget as presented by accountant Jenna, along with a $1,229 raise for the executive director, and ratified a fiscal 2026 revision that draws roughly $275,000 from state-property reserves for maintenance including boilers, plumbing and a fire-road paving. Members also accepted a state-linked sustainability grant of about $120,705 to replace windows in 12 units at Fairbank Circle, Pine Street and Old Meadow, and were briefed on a stalled septic-design procurement where an initial $92,000 fee was rejected and a second firm came in at $95,000.
Basswood Avenue resident Alicia Carrillo used public comment to object to the noon timing of the next day's Pine Lakes redevelopment meeting with Cambridge Housing Authority consultants, telling the board not to read light attendance "as a lack of interest."
