Sudbury Energy Committee elects officers and funds $10,000 climate study fix. The committee unanimously elected Olga Faktorovich Allen chair, Venk Gopal vice chair and treasurer, and John Keklak clerk at its June 16 meeting, then approved January through May 2026 minutes in five separate roll-call votes to address a June 4 Open Meeting Law complaint that named the previous chair. Members voted 5-0 to release up to $10,000 from the solar revolving fund toward Weston and Sampson's $15,000 amendment request on the town's $59,970 climate change vulnerability assessment contract, with completion pushed to October after data-format issues with BSC Group's $6,250 inland flooding model forced a rerun of the analysis.

Member Joe Martino called the amendment request "makeup" for a low initial bid. Faktorovich Allen will draft the Open Meeting Law response, and all five months of minutes will be posted by June 19.
