Mayor Jake Wilson attended and confirmed the city's 2018 Talent Equity Playbook remains the appropriate strategic framework for the trust's upcoming request for proposals, calling for a new emphasis on employer partnerships, collaborative grant applications, and driver's license access as a workforce barrier.
