READING — Reading Town Hall used a new episode of its podcast to walk residents through changes to the town's rubbish and recycling program, the top item from town sources over the past day as the municipal calendar fills with budget-season meetings.

It is the newest installment of a series Wellman uses to keep residents current on town business.
