MARLBOROUGH — The Navy has modified a production contract with Raytheon Missiles and Defense's Marlborough-based SPY-6 radar program, potentially pushing its total value to $3.4 billion, a defense-industry trade publication reported this week. The development landed alongside a new business opening downtown and a City Hall board meeting set for next week.

"Robert R. Jennings, 63, of Marlborough," Community Advocate reports in an obituary.
