Sale prices ranged from $219,160 to $980,000, and the median among disclosed transactions was $717,500. The remaining nine transfers carried no disclosed consideration; several involved parties sharing surnames or conveyed property into named trusts, a pattern consistent with estate planning or family transfers, though deed records alone do not confirm intent.
