WOBURN -- Fifteen properties changed hands in Woburn between June 26 and July 25, according to deeds recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds. Among the nine sales that disclosed a price, figures ranged from $625,000 to $964,900, with a median of $725,000.
