WESTON -- Twenty properties changed hands in Weston between June 26 and July 25, with recorded sale prices ranging from $860,000 to $9.29 million, according to deeds filed with the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds. A Robin Road estate topped the month at $9.29 million, while six of the 20 transfers, nearly a third, listed no sale price.

MARKET OVERVIEW Twenty deeds were recorded in Weston during the period, of which 14 disclosed a consideration amount. Among those 14, prices ranged from $860,000 to $9,290,000, with a median of $3,087,500. The remaining six transfers listed no price, which is common for deeds involving family trusts or estate transfers rather than open-market sales. Twenty recorded transfers in a single month is a notable count based on the raw number alone, though the data set does not include a historical monthly average for Weston against which to judge that volume.

153 Ridgeway Rd sold for $3,750,000 on July 9. The sellers were Adam B. Nebesar and Gina M. Nebesar; the buyers were Nicholas Demko and Kara Hargadon.

25 Byron Rd sold for $3,350,000 on July 15. The sellers were listed as R. Gerry Ryan, trustee, and the Shasta Revocable Trust; the buyers were Kurt Reisenberg and Jennifer Dryer.

Notably, Adam B. Nebesar and Gina M. Nebesar appear as sellers of 153 Ridgeway Rd and, in the same deed records, as buyers of 466 Glen Rd.
