Groton Town Hall closes Friday for Fourth of July holiday weekend

**Thursday, July 3** — Groton Town Hall will be closed Friday, July 3, 2026, in observance of the Fourth of July holiday. Residents needing in-person services should plan accordingly and return Monday, July 7.

**Saturday, July 4** — The Groton Transfer Station will operate on its regular schedule Friday, July 3, but will be closed Saturday, July 4, for the Independence Day holiday. The station will resume normal hours after the holiday weekend.
