MARLBOROUGH — Mayor J. Christian Dumais announced Coastal Medical Transportation Systems as the city's new provider of emergency ambulance services, a significant shift for Marlborough's public-safety operations, as the city also confirmed West Nile virus in mosquitoes collected locally.
TOWN HALL Mayor Dumais said in a press release that the city is "proud to welcome" Coastal Medical Transportation Systems, known as Coastal, as Marlborough's new emergency ambulance services provider, though the mayor's office did not detail the length or terms of the arrangement.
