NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Cresthaven Drive saw two transactions during the period: 37 Cresthaven Dr sold for $810,000 on June 29, while 15 Cresthaven Dr changed hands on July 2 with no price disclosed, as part of a transfer into the Fitzpatrick Irrevocable Income Only Trust. No other street recorded more than one sale.
