Townsend's Board of Health voted to seek town counsel's advice on 61 Edward Road. Nashoba Sanitarian Rick Metcalf said the owner refused delivery of a June 12 order to correct, and Conservation Commission representative Brian said missing records complicate state wetlands enforcement. The board extended a bathroom and window repair deadline at 66 Dudley Road, Unit 112, to Dec. 13, after landlord attorney Michael Lewis said the work requires the tenant to vacate.
It also continued the 78 Main Street septic hearing to Nov. 23 and approved a $6,938.98 invoice warrant. A member said the board "just can't continue on with this anymore."
