BEDFORD -- Massachusetts Port Authority's $2.38 million acquisition of a Hartwell Road parcel from a private realty firm topped 20 recorded deed transfers in Bedford for the period from June 12 through July 11, 2026, of which nine carried disclosed sale prices.

The Pheasant Lane condominium complex recorded two transfers during the period: Unit 100 at 15 Pheasant Lane sold for $994,500 on June 22, with the Lamb Realty Trust conveying to Libby Sudlow; Unit 94 at 9 Pheasant Lane transferred on June 18 without a disclosed price.
