The board also heard updates on an Arlington Heights business district rezoning aimed at 2027 town meeting, a regional MAPC housing report, and vacant storefront enforcement, where the town's $400 annual fee drew questions about whether it is high enough to spur reinvestment.
No votes were taken on any substantive item; the board approved its July 20 minutes as amended and adjourned unanimously.
