Natick recorded 19 property transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, with nine carrying a sale price so far ranging from $319,900 to $1,994,900 and a median of $755,000. The month's top transaction was 12 Beverly Road, which sold for $1,994,900 to Ramanan R. Ramanathan and Vijayalakshmi Ramanan.
