Sudbury Housing Trust plans first town-wide housing roundtable for March. Chair Carmen Gentile said staff and Regional Housing Services Office Director Liz Rust will finalize a March date, likely March 12, after Concord Municipal Affordable Housing Trust Chair Keith Bergman detailed how Concord's quarterly roundtable of seven bodies coordinates housing strategy. Bergman said Concord fell below the state's 10 percent affordability threshold by three units after an 85-unit assisted-living project collapsed in 2021, absorbing two 40B developments totaling 438 units.

The trust unanimously approved November-December transactions and learned the Community Preservation Committee recommended the full $600,000 requested for fiscal 2027. Members Kay Bell, Jack Ryan and John Reardon will form a working group on a home preservation acquisition protocol, reviving a program that produced eight units between 2008 and 2015. At 77 Hudson Road, a concept plan supports one duplex pending a perc test.
