Stewardship Committee · Meeting of March 18, 2026

GROTON — The Stewardship Committee approved six sets of past minutes and scheduled a Noonan property site walk. Members worked through minutes from June 25, Aug. 20, Sept. 17, October, Nov. 19 and Dec. 17, correcting misspelled names and deleting a December paragraph that appeared copied from earlier minutes. A member reported that the Carol Wheeler Park grant application has been filed, seeking a little over $3,000 mostly for plants and seeds to replace invasive species.

The committee deferred a request for a winter trailhead parking list until the absent requester can attend. It set the Noonan walk for March 28 at 10 a.m. on Gratuity Road and moved its next meeting from April 15 to April 22 because of a Cow Pond project forum.
