Somerville Youth Soccer is bringing families to Harvard's Jordan Field next month, and Somerville Youth Hockey has opened sign-ups for its youngest skaters.

YOUTH LEAGUES -- Somerville Youth Soccer announced Aug. 19 that its second annual "SYS Day At Harvard Women's Soccer" is set for Sept. 20, when the Crimson host UConn at Jordan Field. The organization's announcement did not include ticket or registration details.

Somerville Youth Hockey Association's website currently lists registration as open for its 26/27 Learn to Play 8+ program, the club's entry-level offering for beginner skaters as the new season approaches.
