WOBURN — The Woburn School Committee voted unanimously to adopt the district's new strategic plan, formalizing instructional leadership teams, "culture, climate and belonging" teams and a revised hiring process already running in schools. Superintendent Crowley said the document "memorializ[es] what we already are doing and where we're headed." Curriculum staffer Ms. Young reported the district's two-year accountability score rose from 33 percent to roughly 50 percent, with 375 students districtwide within nine points of meeting ELA expectations and 394 in math.
