WOBURN — The Woburn Planning Board reviewed its first full subdivision-rules rewrite since 1985 and appointed member Talia Mokad to the city's Zoning Ordinance Review Committee. Planning Director John told the board a new draft cuts required roadway pavement width from historic standards as high as 36 feet down to 24 to 26 feet, reducing impervious surface tied to flooding.
