LITTLETON — May 12, 2026 — Littleton Conservation Commission votes 5-1 to strengthen dredging enforcement order and opens hearing on a natural gas facility at Kimball Farm. The commission amended an enforcement order against Irv and Gayle Matheson of 2 and 6 Blood Road, adding an explicit ban on dock installation and motorboat use, with Ed Fultz casting the lone dissenting vote; a parallel order against neighbor John Scott at 8 Blood Road was continued to May 19 after commissioners concluded a proposed bathymetry survey would yield no meaningful baseline data.
