Sudbury Housing Trust approves Lexington listing and Liberty Ledge site visit. The trust voted 5-0 Wednesday to sign a $500 MLS listing agreement with agent Mike Hunter to market a two-bedroom Lexington condominium restricted at 150 percent of AMI and priced at $600,000, after standard affordable-housing outreach failed to produce buyers. Members also approved a $6,000 small grant to applicant 133 for removal of trees threatening a Sudbury home, drawn from a $40,000 annual pool with roughly $38,000 remaining.

Chair Carmen Gentile and members Jack Ryan, Kay Bell, Gabriel Ciccarello and Jeff Levine agreed to schedule a posted 8 a.m. Liberty Ledge site visit before the town-owned camp opens in about 18 days, with Ryan saying he could not imagine a conversation about the 44-acre parcel "without absolutely, unequivocally, including the housing trust and the housing authority." April financials showed a trust balance of $1,537,000.
