Hopkinton's youth basketball program closed out its 2025-2026 season as Metrowest League champions, while soccer kicks off summer programming and fall registration.

HOPKINTON -- The Hopkinton Basketball Association wrapped its 2025-2026 campaign with a Metrowest League championship, the organization announced on its website. The volunteer-run nonprofit — which fields travel teams for boys and girls in grades 4 through 8 — also hosted an HBA Night at the Celtics during the season. The organization thanked players, coaches, and parents "for a great experience."

YOUTH LEAGUES

Hopkinton Youth Soccer has opened registration for the Fall 2026 season, urging families to sign up on time to secure roster placement. The organization is also scheduling independent travel soccer evaluations for all players in grades 3 through 8 who wish to participate in the Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 travel programs. Officials stressed these are evaluations, not tryouts — all registered players will be placed on a team.

Revolution Academy summer camps are running at the Fruit Street athletic complex, with professional coaching in ball mastery and skill-building games led by coaches Davi and Amelia. Most town soccer fields — including Emerald Hills, the Fruit Street turf and grass fields, Victory Fields, and Hopkinton High School turf fields — are listed as open. The Hopkinton Metrowest YMCA field is closed.
