Design Review Advisory Board approves January minutes, adjourns in five minutes
WAYLAND -- February 17, 2026, Wayland's Design Review Advisory Board wrapped its February meeting in roughly five minutes. Meeting remotely on Feb. 17 with all three members present, the board took no public comment and had only one item of business: approval of the notes from its Jan. 27 session. Member Robin Borgestedt moved to approve the January minutes, member Tania Person seconded, and the board voted 3-0. Chair Bill Sterling, who quipped "I think this is the fastest meeting we've ever had," then moved to adjourn; Borgestedt's motion to adjourn, seconded by Person, also passed 3-0. The board gaveled out at about 7:05 p.m.
