LOWELL — The Lowell Conservation Commission issued a standard Order of Conditions for an 11-home subdivision at 71 North Billerica Road on a 3-1 vote. Attorney John Cox, for FTO Realty Trust, said the Planning Board approved the project May 4 with nine conditions. The commission added two conditions: preserving two large rear property-line trees and marking the wetland boundary.
Hollis Street resident Stacy Decker asked that the tree line be kept. Chairman Brad Buitenhuys recused himself, and Commissioner Kristin Ross-Sitcawich dissented. The commission also granted negative 3 determinations at 576 Lawrence Street, 61 First Street Boulevard and Saunders Street.
It continued the Wexford Science & Technology project at 256.2 Market Street to Aug. 26 for lack of a DEP file number. It ratified an enforcement order at 52 Ostrander Ave. over 30 cut arborvitae.
