WESTFORD — The Westford Conservation Commission issued two certificates of compliance and ordered restoration of unpermitted stream work at 14 Francis Hill Road. Members voted to issue the certificate for the 1992 order of conditions, DEP file 334-0502, then directed staff to issue an enforcement order requiring a restoration plan from a professional wetland scientist for the altered riverfront area. Members also issued a certificate for 7 Tenney Road, DEP file 334-1435, ahead of a closing.
Earlier, the commission agreed that the Gutierrez Company, which plans to demolish its 160,000-square-foot building at 5 Technology Park Drive and leave the slab, may file a request for determination of applicability with conditions equal to a notice of intent. The company described 72 planned housing units.
