CARLISLE — May 5, 2026 — Carlisle Planning Board reorganizes and endorses two residential and industrial land splits. The board unanimously elected Roberto Almeida as chair, Pat Nelson as vice chair, and Sue Felschen as clerk at its May 5 meeting, welcoming three new members — Susan Isles, Stephen Fusco, and David Starmer — while acknowledging the departures of Abby Flanagan and Andrew Boardman.
