Tewksbury Select Board schedules October 6 Special Town Meeting and advances Flock camera legal review. Mackey III, the lone dissenter on other matters, warned that any independent cybersecurity assessment "should happen first" before contract negotiations — "to do a fact-finding assessment after a contract is negotiated doesn't make sense." The board continued a proposed town council use policy to August 11 on a 3-1 vote, with Mackey opposed, and approved $1,200 in community donations and a $8,457.50 Town Counsel invoice.
