School Committee OKs Apple lease, monthly spending reports

Lowell School Committee approved a $357,497.83 Apple computer lease despite a member's objections to the process. Five members voted yes and two were absent on the permission to enter list, which also carried out-of-district tuition amendments such as $192,620.89 for the Learning Center for Deaf Children.
