Planning Board previews King Street retail buildings
Planning Board - Sept. 24 · Meeting of September 24, 2026
Littleton Planning Board previews Tuttle House cafe concept for 550 King Street project. Vice Chair Daryl Kent Baker presided in place of Chair Jeffrey Yates as Lepoli Companies' Morgan Pearson and Mary Lepoli introduced a phase three site plan for two retail and restaurant buildings, 900 and 1,000, totaling roughly 7,000 square feet. Lepoli said the team wants to convert the historic Tuttle House into a coffee shop with possible public restrooms, calling it "almost like the front door" of the project.
Member Bartlett Harvey asked for denser landscaping to screen parking, while member Mark Montanari said he had "no concerns" and called the reuse plan "great," joking he "feels bad for the barber" being displaced. No formal vote was taken on the application; a stormwater hearing is set to be advertised for the board's October 8 meeting, with Green International hired to estimate the cost of an independent peer review.
