Monday, April 3, 5:48 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported on the 100 block of Warwick Road; a report was taken.

Monday, April 3, 7:45 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at Lebanon and Forest Streets; not investigated.

Monday, April 3, 8:10 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at Waverly Avenue and Laurel Street; a report was taken.

Monday, April 3, 8:52 a.m.Medical Emergency: A medical emergency occurred; patient transported to hospital.

Monday, April 3, 12:29 p.m.Larceny/Fraud: A larceny, forgery, or fraud report was taken at the 100 block of Howard Street.

Monday, April 3, 2:11 p.m.Needles Found: Discarded needles were found and disposed of on the 10 block of Berwick Street.

Monday, April 3, 3:21 p.m.Hit-and-Run Accident: A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident was reported near West Wyoming Avenue and Florence Street; a report was taken.

Monday, April 3, 3:41 p.m.Medical Emergency: A medical emergency occurred; patient transported to hospital.

Monday, April 3, 6:18 p.m.Found/Lost Property: A found or lost property report was taken at the Melrose Police Station, West Foster Street.

Tuesday, April 4, 8:30 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at Franklin Street and Greenleaf Place; a report was taken.

Tuesday, April 4, 11:59 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at Lebanon and Malvern Streets; a vehicle was towed.

Tuesday, April 4, 12:46 p.m.Arrest – Warrant: Officers served a warrant at the Melrose Police Station, West Foster Street. The subject, a male 17 or older, was charged with an outstanding warrant (Docket No. 2214CR000156). [Editor: Full name/age/town not provided in log — see Review.]

Tuesday, April 4, 5:59 p.m.Motor Vehicle Stop – Summons: A motor vehicle was stopped at the 400 block of Upham Street. The operator was summonsed and charged with number plate violation to conceal identity, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
