Monday, January 5, 7:24–8:15 a.m. — Directed Traffic Enforcement: Officers conducted directed traffic enforcement at Massachusetts Avenue/Edison Way, Grove Street/Dewey Road, and Marrett Road/Middle Street.
Monday, January 5, 8:52 a.m. — Burglary/Breaking and Entering: A breaking and entering was reported at the 0–6 block of Grove Street.
Monday, January 5, 9:25 a.m. — Criminal Process: An attempt to serve criminal process was made at the 14 block of Grapevine Avenue.
Monday, January 5, 10:20 a.m. — Wire Down: A downed wire was reported at the 66 block of Allen Street.
Monday, January 5, 12:30 p.m. — Criminal Process: Criminal process was served at the 14 block of Grapevine Avenue.
Monday, January 5, 13:20 p.m. — Directed Traffic Enforcement: Officers conducted directed traffic enforcement at multiple locations including Lowell Street/Woburn Street, Bedford Street/Massachusetts Avenue, and Massachusetts Avenue/Woburn Street.
Monday, January 5, 8:07 p.m. — Trash Dumping: Illegal trash dumping was reported at the 24 block of Dawes Road.
Tuesday, January 6, 8:32 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Not Investigated): A motor vehicle crash was reported near 286 Lincoln Street.
Tuesday, January 6, 12:36 p.m. — Mental Health Call: A Section 12 mental health committal was initiated at the 282 block of Bedford Street.
Tuesday, January 6, 1:44 p.m. — Residential Alarm: A residential alarm was reported at the 54 block of Forest Street.
Tuesday, January 6, 3:52 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Not Investigated): A motor vehicle crash was reported at Muzzey Street and Massachusetts Avenue.
Tuesday, January 6, 3:44 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Not Investigated): A motor vehicle crash was reported near 251 Waltham Street.
Wednesday, January 7, 7:20–7:51 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crashes (Investigated): Multiple motor vehicle crashes were investigated at Route 2 Highway/Exit 131 West, Wood Street/Old Massachusetts Avenue, the 18 block of Grapevine Avenue, and the 60 block of Baskin Road amid apparent morning weather conditions.
Wednesday, January 7, 8:58 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Not Investigated): A motor vehicle crash was reported at Hartwell Avenue and Westview Street.
Wednesday, January 7, 9:21–9:28 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crashes (Investigated): Crashes were investigated at the 4 block of Cutler Farm Road and the 1684 block of Massachusetts Avenue.
Wednesday, January 7, 10:51 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Investigated): A crash was investigated at the 68 block of Locust Avenue.
Wednesday, January 7, 10:46 a.m. — Bomb Threat: A bomb threat was reported at Lexington High School, 251 Waltham Street.
Wednesday, January 7, 5:05 p.m. — Municipal Alarm: A municipal property alarm was reported at Cary Memorial Library, 1874 Massachusetts Avenue.
Wednesday, January 7, 11:44 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Investigated): A crash was investigated at Lowell Street and Maple Street.
Thursday, January 8, 9:19 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Not Investigated): A motor vehicle crash was reported at the 244 block of Wood Street near MIT Lincoln Laboratory.
Thursday, January 8, 9:50 a.m. — Customer Dispute: A customer dispute was reported at the 394 block of Lowell Street.
Thursday, January 8, 10:53 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Investigated): A crash was investigated at Waltham Street and Concord Avenue.
Thursday, January 8, 12:55–2:27 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crashes: A crash was investigated at the 1756 block of Massachusetts Avenue (not investigated) and another at Waltham Street/Concord Avenue.
Thursday, January 8, 4:21 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash — Hit-and-Run (Property Damage): A hit-and-run crash with property damage was reported at the 421 block of Bedford Street.
Thursday, January 8, 6:17 p.m. — Attempted Breaking and Entering: An attempted breaking and entering was reported at Paul Mammola Salon, 1787 Massachusetts Avenue.
Friday, January 9, 7:29 a.m. — General Dispute: A dispute was reported at the 60 block of Bedford Street.
Friday, January 9, 9:02 a.m. — Sudden Death: A sudden death was reported at the 82 block of Fifer Lane.
Friday, January 9, 5:10 p.m. — Fraud (Outside Lexington): A fraud incident occurring outside Lexington was reported at the 11 block of Diamond Road.
Saturday, January 10, 8:00 a.m. — Water Main Break: A water main break was reported at the 104 block of Reed Street.
Saturday, January 10, 10:00 a.m. — Public Demonstration: A public demonstration or protest was held at Depot Square and Massachusetts Avenue.
Saturday, January 10, 8:09 p.m. — General Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 64 block of Walnut Street.
Sunday, January 11, 8:07 a.m. — Sudden Death / Medical: A sudden death was reported at the 82 block of Fifer Lane. (Editor note: see flag below.)
Sunday, January 11, 2:39 a.m. — Object in Road: An object in the road was reported at Winchester Drive and Lowell Street.
Sunday, January 11, 8:31 p.m. — Residential Alarm: A residential alarm was reported at the 48 block of Grant Street.
Sunday, January 11, 8:14 p.m. — Non-Residential/High-Risk Alarm: A non-residential high-risk alarm was reported at the Elks Lodge, 959 Waltham Street.
Sunday, January 11, 10:31 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Pursuit: A motor vehicle pursuit was initiated on Route 2 Highway at Watertown Street.
Sunday, January 11, 10:46 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash (Investigated): A crash was investigated at the 335 block of Woburn Street.
