The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Dracut Police Department's official public log for the period June 19, 2026. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).


Tuesday, February 11, 2025Arrest: Cassidy Peinert, 28, of Dracut, was charged with assault and battery.

Tuesday, February 11, 2025Arrest: Jessica Demars, 36, of Pelham, N.H., was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or .08% (2nd offense), Operating Under the Influence of Drugs — marijuana, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and possession of ammunition without a Firearms Identification Card.

Thursday, February 13, 2025Arrest: CJ Hart, 27, of Dracut, was charged with being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant.

Monday, February 17, 2025Arrest: Anthony Dixon, 45, of Lowell, was stopped for speeding. Anthony Dixon, 45, of Lowell, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), speeding, possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute, distribution of a Class B drug (subsequent offense), and trafficking in cocaine (36 grams or more, less than 100 grams).

Thursday, February 20, 2025Arrest: Steven Ciano, 57, of Tyngsboro, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Steven Ciano, 57, of Tyngsboro, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and kidnapping (warrant no. 2411CR003982).

Friday, February 28, 2025Arrest: William Pichardo, 28, of Dracut, was charged with possession of a Class B drug and held on an outstanding warrant.

Friday, February 28, 2025Arrest: Dennis Fisette, 43, of Lowell, was charged with vandalism of property and held on two outstanding warrants from Ayer District Court — one for receiving stolen property valued at $1,200 or more (case no. 2448CR001154) and one for larceny of a motor vehicle and malicious damage over $1,200 (case no. 2448CR000935).

Friday, February 28, 2025Arrest: Shana Howard, 26, of Hyannis, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or .08% and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
