Monday, May 25, 1:46 a.m.–1:25 p.m.Medical Emergency: Multiple medical emergencies were reported throughout the day; patients were transported to a hospital or referred to another agency on five separate calls.

Monday, May 25, 4:05 a.m.Assault: An assault was reported on the 36 block of Warren Street; a report was taken.

Monday, May 25, 9:25 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Pine Banks Park on Main Street; services were rendered.

Monday, May 25, 1:51 p.m.Assault: An assault was reported on the 100 block of Grove Street; a report was taken.

Monday, May 25, 1:44 p.m.Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported; unit cleared without transport.

Monday, May 25, 8:07 p.m.Trespassing: A trespassing incident was reported at the intersection of West Wyoming Avenue and Berwick Street; the call was resolved on scene.

Monday, May 25, 8:42 p.m.Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle was stopped on West Wyoming Avenue; a citation or warning was issued.


Tuesday, May 26, 2:04 a.m.Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported; unit cleared without transport.

Tuesday, May 26, 11:09 a.m.Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle was stopped on Lynn Fells Parkway near Larchmont Road; a citation or warning was issued.

Tuesday, May 26, 11:32 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported on the 200 block of Pleasant Street; the call was resolved on scene.

Tuesday, May 26, 12:17 p.m.Harassment: A harassment complaint was filed; a report was taken.

Tuesday, May 26, 12:22 p.m.Larceny / Forgery / Fraud: A larceny, forgery, or fraud incident was reported at Cochrane House on the 80 block of Grove Street; the call was resolved on scene.

Tuesday, May 26, 3:47–3:49 p.m.Medical Emergency: Two medical emergencies were reported within minutes of each other; both patients were transported to a hospital.

Tuesday, May 26, 4:12 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported near 45 West Wyoming Avenue; a report was taken.

Wednesday, May 27, 7:32 a.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted; services were rendered.

Wednesday, May 27, 8:45 a.m.Found/Lost Property: A found or lost property report was filed at the Melrose Police Station on West Foster Street.

Wednesday, May 27, 9:19 a.m. and 10:58 a.m.Medical Emergency: Two medical emergencies were reported; one patient was transported to a hospital.

Wednesday, May 27, 10:02 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported near the intersection of Main Street and Lebanon Street; the call was resolved on scene.

Thursday, May 28, 2:57 a.m.Medical Emergency — Overdose: A person experiencing an overdose was transported to a hospital.
