Lowell Treasurer Posts Updated List of Unclaimed Payroll Checks

Lowell's Treasurer's Office posted an updated list of payroll checks that have gone uncashed for more than 90 days, inviting past and current town employees to check whether they're owed money. The Aug. 12 filing was Lowell's lone News Flash-type item in the last day, even as national outlets kept following two ongoing local stories: a freed Marine veteran's recovery and the fight over a local data center's expansion.
