LOWELL — The Lowell Affordable Housing Trust Fund board reported a balance of $1,206,793, including $310,000 in Community Preservation Act funds, at its October 21 meeting. Board member Connor Baldwin said he had no new vetted, funded housing opportunities ready to present but noted work continues with a guest identified as Jessica Finnecaro and a person referred to as Mr. Ball. Baldwin said the trust is "getting very close to the end of the ARPA deadline" and may need a special or off-schedule meeting before November.
Chair George Colores agreed to poll members by email on possible times. The board also heard that the Bridge Club loan borrower continues paying $500,000 monthly, logged through the city's planning department and treasurer's office. Members approved September 16 minutes and set their next regular meeting for November 18 at 4:30 p.m.
