Giamatti to Star in Cambridge Stage Production of 'Rhinoceros'
Oscar nominee Paul Giamatti will star in a new Cambridge production of Eugène Ionesco's absurdist classic "Rhinoceros," and the city's Department of Public Works is running two waste-disposal events for residents this week.

The Department of Public Works will hold its sixth of 10 planned Pop-Up Recycling Events for 2026 on Wednesday, Aug. 26, part of a citywide push to make it easier for residents to safely dispose of items that don't belong in household trash.
Three days later, on Saturday, Aug. 29, DPW will hold the third of four Household Hazardous Waste Collection Days planned for 2026, running from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 50 Mooney St.
